*Account Maintenance: Increase customer engagement through participation on PDT's, manage/handle the all kinds of customers' enquiry independently and implement corrective actions timely or recommend changes initiatively, lead account team to resolution of technical issues, finish order process initiatively.
*Effective Coordination: ensure all parties are kept up to speed to ensure appropriate actions are completed timely and accurately and communicated according (customer services, credit & receivables specialist, logistics, sales team, TS&D, customers, Product Management etc.). Provide leadership in coordinating solutions / improvement in support of customers concerns/ issues.
*Negotiations : Negotiate prices; organize and drive commercial contracts (include Contractual Agreement ) with customers to achieve sales targets

*Margin Maximization & Customer Segmentation: Same as prior JG plus is proficient at influencing customers to convert to different products that align better with Trinseo's product and customer segmentation strategy and initiates a team that will help the customer during the conversion process. Very skillfully walks away from accounts that no longer fit Trinseo's strategy while leaving the door open for future business
*Forecasting: Understand customers' production and input accurate and reliable short term forecast of customer appropriately
* New Business Development : Strengthen relationship with customers, by penetrating beyond purchasing to key/core customers' who can provide avenues for broad win-win successes; provide support and deliver our business plan commitment to key/core customers which requires to adjust, adapt and implement effective business strategies. Explore the new business opportunity and assess the potential of customers and organize the internal resources for further development.
* Market Intelligence : Understand of the market, business and competitors. Collect and provide comprehensive reports of the market dynamics, market demand consumption changes, trends and customer's needs used to develop new product development plan and develop account / strategic plan consistent with global market plans and go to correct direction
*External Activities: Participate and represent Company in main industry trade fairs/symposiums
