Student Intern - Customer Service

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in Customer Service and get a behind-the-scenes look at how orders are processed? This internship is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Customer Service Intern (m/f/d), you'll assist our team throughout the entire order process – from order entry to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, learning how a seamless order process works. Please note that we are specifically looking for candidates seeking mandatory internships as part of their academic program.

What you will be doing:

• Learn key Customer Service tools and processes: Gain hands-on experience with essential systems while building practical industry skills.
• Enhance customer service skills: Support inquiry and complaint resolution while learning to address customer needs professionally.
• Manage customer master data: Ensure seamless automated processes by maintaining key data like outputs, CMIR, and contacts.
• Oversee customer communications: Monitor inboxes and calls to respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Work collaboratively within a team: Partner with internal teams and customers to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.

What we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Self-motivated and eager to learn with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems such as SAP
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively across teams
• Strong customer focus with curiosity, an open mind, and a drive to succeed
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for working with others
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
