Position Overview
The EMEA Regional Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the payroll team, ensuring the execution of payroll processes that deliver compliant, controlled, efficient, accurate, and timely payments. This role is a people management role managing staff responsible for multinational payrolls for approximately 1800 employees and the Board of Directors across 18 countries. The role reports to the HR Director, EMEA and will be based in Ireland.
This is slated to be a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland with 1-2 days per week in office to be expected. Exceptional remote candidates based in Ireland can be considered as well.
