For our Latex Binders R&D Center of Excellence in Rheinmünster, Germany close to Strasbourg and Karlsruhe we are looking for a

 

Master Stundent in our Battery Applicaiton Laboratory 

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of standard test formulations, establishment of new test methods and/or improvement of existing methods. 
  • Formulations preparation, data acquisition and interpretation within project(s) related to the Battery field (anode, cathode).  
  • Learning of the lab specific safety procedures, analytical methods and laboratory operating procedures.  
  • Close collaboration with the lab team. 
  • Project presentation to the R&D Department at the end of the internship. 

Qualifications

  • Master student in Chemistry, Formulation, Materials Science, Electrochemistry or related field. 
  • Strong interest in working within Battery application laboratory. Passion and curiosity for formulation, testing, chemistry and battery field. 
  • Initiative and autonomy in carrying out the formulations and tests. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal team skills. 
  • Good working knowledge of English. German is not required, but is an advantage. 
  • Good computing skills (Windows / Microsoft Office package).
